– Suicide Prevention team;
– Transition & Care Management;
– MyHealtheVet (who can help YOU sign up for MyHealtheVet)
– Patient Advocates
– Enrollment Services (who can answer questions about eligibility & how to enroll)
Stop by anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. There will be no formal briefings.
