Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall to be Displayed at The Oregon Veterans’ Home – The Dalles July 22-24
The Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs invites people to join them at Oregon Veterans’ Home – The Dalles (700 Veterans Dr, The Dalles, OR 97058) for the Opening Ceremony of the Oregon Memorial Traveling Wall on July 22 at 10:00 a.m.
Hear from Dr. Nakeia Council Daniels, Director of ODVA, Linda Adams, Board Chair of Veterans Care Centers of Oregon, and Steve Lawrence, former Mayor of The Dalles and Vietnam Veteran.
Those unable to make the opening ceremony will still have a chance to see the Memorial Wall as it will be open to the public from July 22 to July 24 until 5:00 p.m. each day.
