Come learn how the VA can help you. \nDo you need help at home? \nWondering how to pay for care?\nConsidering in-home care or assisted living? \nAre you and your family planning for the future or wondering how the VA can help if you’re a veteran?\n\nIf you’re a Veteran or a family member of a Veteran\, then please join us on Tuesday\, September 11\, 2018\, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Portland VA Medical Center Auditorium located on the second floor at 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Rd.\, Portland\, OR 97239. \nThe VA Portland Health Care System will be holding a resource event to assist Veterans\, caregivers\, families\, and community members navigate the long term care planning process and will share information about eligibility for VA services.  The fair will provide resources and speakers featuring topics such as in-home care\, dementia care\, adult day programs\, hospice care\, care facilities\, and much more. \nThe Long Term Care Fair will have a special segments on music therapy\, offer on site chair massages\, and provide refreshments for attendees. \nIf your living community is planning on attending in a shuttle\, please contact Yolande Allen at (503) 210-4986.\nWe will have a designated drop-off\, and pick-up location for you.\nWe hope to see you there!
