The following is an excerpt from an email by Chef Locke:

Please send out an email for next week’s Cheminot meeting. This meeting is going to be for the Cheminot only. Explain to the members that we will be discussing a variety of issues that will be brought to the body during the next Prom meeting in November. Members are welcome to attend dinner, but the meeting will be for Cheminot only. The meeting will include the Garde de la Porte and Conducteur, House Committee Chair (Jim Resleff). Also note that Brent has resigned from the Cheminot.

I had a question about whether this was a legal order, so I consulted the Avocat National Bill Stroud; this was his response:

You have to have a motion adopted by a majority to go into executive session.  In general, the Cheminot is open to all members, with only the executive committee having a voice and vote.
